If you can see the running man to the left, then you have a Flash plugin installed in your computer. Flash is pretty cool because it makes things move, but not everyone has Flash installed in their computer, so they probably only see a white box & a red square.
Not all people have fast Internet connections so viewing Flash can be frustrating. Web sites done in all flash can be great to look at, but they are not prone for good positioning in search engines.
Also, many people turn off the Flash in their browsers because they want to block Flash ads and they don’t want to mess around with a lot of web site extras.
Moving objects can also be distracting. Although all this will evolve over time, it’s best if you limit Flash to just a section of your site if you just can’t live without it.
